What We Provide

Here at Torman Chiropractic, we provide high quality chiropractic treatment. We use the most modern and proficient means, through direct active “diversified manipulation” or with passive non force “Activator Methods” manipulation. Both systems use what is known as a “chiropractic adjustment”. Dr Torman takes great pride in delivering treatment with minimal discomfort to the patient. We know how scary the first visit to a chiropractor can be. We will tell you each step of the way exactly what is happening, why we do it, and what you can expect, both with the treatment, and after.

All procedures will be fully explained. After your first visit, you will be shown your x-rays (if needed), your condition will be explained to you, and a program of treatment will be established according to what you want from our services. We provide acute care, corrective care and wellness care. The choice is always yours.

In addition to chiropractic manipulation (“adjustment”) of the spine or extremities (shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands; hips, knees, ankles feet), we also offer physiotherapeutic adjunctive procedures to help stimulate the healing process to full potential. These adjuncts include : Ultrasound ; electrical muscle stimulation ; diathermy ; interferential current (Russian stim) ; combination therapy ; hot and cold packs. We also counsel our patients on nutrition and supplements (vitamins) where requested or by need ;stretching and home exercise plans.

We can provide :

Specific arch supports and additional treatment which may help if you suffer from painful heels, or have been told you have plantar fascitis (pain under your feet).
neck pillows for chronic neck and/or shoulder pains, difficulty sleeping.
Exercise instructions and some aides specific to those routines.

We also have on staff a registered physical therapist. We have a fully equipped therapy room and our physical therapist works directly with Dr Torman to help establish a specific routine with goals and procedures for your recovery to good health.

Krystle Blier, Licensed Massage Therapist

Graduate of The Salter School in 2007 with a degree in Massage Therapy she is a Massachusetts State certified Massage Therapist. Her curriculum included the following techniques which she now utilizes in her every day practice of Massage Therapy: Swedish massage ; Deep Tissue massage ; Hot Stone Therapy ; Seated/Chair massage. In addition, she also practices Reflexology.

She has been a practicing Massage Therapist since graduating in 2007, and is excited to be joining the Torman Chiropractic healthcare team to continue with her passion of helping others through massage therapy.
